Entering Genotypes

Breeders Assistant generally provides 2 ways to enter genotypes. You can either key them in directly, e.g.:

    Bb E?

OR - depending on the genetic configuration used - you can use a user-friendly screen containing drop-down lists for each gene. These screens are entirely controlled by the particular genetic configuration in use.

NOTE: whilst Breeders Assistant provides many powerful genetics tools, it does not alleviate you from needing to have an understanding of the genetics of your breed.
