Sample Page - Basic Search
This screen shot shows the basic search page for a dog database. This lets the user enter text into a single box, which is then searched against pre-determined fields in the database (such as the name field - you can control which fields are searched). An advanced search page is also available.
Beneath the search form there are various shortcut query buttons.
