Sample Page - History Analysis (Administrator only)
The history analysis screen is used by the administrator to get an overview of activity on the database over a given period, such as the current week or month. It lists the numbers of each type of operation carried out by each different user. You can sort the results based on any of the columns. E.g. to see who is doing the most searches for animals, select the 'Order By Search' option.
All the numbers listed in the table are hyper-linked to the corresponding history records. E.g. in this screenshot you can see that user 'Jane Arnold' has done 7 'Search' options in the last month. If you clicked the '7' (in the live system; not here as this is just a screen shot), Pedserve would then display the details of those 7 operations.
The history analysis screen is a very useful tool for browsing the history records to see how your Pedserve installation is being used.
This feature is not available with Pedserve Standard Edition.
