Sample Page - Submit Pedigree
This shows an input page where the user can add a new animal to the system. Note, all this does is collect the information, carry out simple verification (e.g. checking that a name has been entered etc.), and then it emails the details entered to you, the site administrator. It is up to you whether you then add it to the database.
