Support & Downloads For Existing Customers
If you are a customer of the full (paid) version of PedPro for the Mac you can continue to obtain the download for your version here. Intel based Mac that runs any version of Mac OS between 10.9 Mavericks and 10.15 Catalina (not Apple silicon or Arm M1 based) required. iPad not supported. Be sure to download a version that was released before the end of your support period. Your support period is/was 1 or 3 years from the date of purchase, and you can find the expiry date in the original message/letter you received from Tenset that included your install codes.
If you are still in date for support you can continue to contact us for product support issues using the customer service help desk.
How To Install: When you click the download link your browser will download an 'installer' program. Once this has finished, open the downloaded file to install the software. Browsers differ in how they display downloaded files e.g. some show recent downloads at the bottom of the web page.
PedPro for Mac Release v3.1.01
- In order to use this download, your period for support must have been in date when this version was released, which was May 2018. Your support expiry date can be found in the email/message/letter that contained your product install codes.
- This release is unsupported unless you are still within your support period in which case you can continue to access product support through the customer helpdesk until that period expires.
