If you want to produce pedigrees that do not include the license name at all you need to upgrade to the Extended Edition instead.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only accept payment by direct bank transfer. We do not accept payment by any other means.
We aim to process your order within 1 business day, and will reply to confirm your order details and arrange payment by bank transfer. We process orders manually (i.e. by a human), so there will be a delay of normally a few hours at most before you hear back from us. Once payment has been made the install codes and download details will be sent.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Orders are processed during UK business hours. Once you have placed your order we will contact you by email with order confirmation and online payment details, or any queries about your order. If you place your order Monday-Friday during UK business hours (9-5.30 UK time) there will be a delay of - normally - a few hours at most before you are contacted. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays may not be processed until the next UK business day (Monday-Friday). If you are outside the UK please remember that sometimes the UK has public holidays that you do not.
  2. This software is sold subject to an End User License Agreement (EULA). By ordering through this site you are accepting the terms of this license.
  3. Software is supplied as a download link, only (no physical media e.g. CD or USB stick).
  4. If any updated releases are made available within your support period you will be able to install them without charge so long as the system on which you wish to install any given updated release is compatible with the system requirements of that release. We may change the system requirements whenever we release a new version of the product, at our sole discretion. If there are any updated releases they will be made available on this site. There is no guarantee that there will be any new or updated releases within your support period.
  5. Tenset is not responsible if updates to your system supplied by 3rd parties, including operating system updates, cause this software to malfunction or cease operating.
  6. Tenset does not warrant that the software is bug (error) free, nor is there any commitment that any particular bug (error) can or will be fixed.
  7. Your new support extension will start from the date of purchase. If you are currently in date for support we recommend that you make your upgrade purchase immediately before your existing support period ends.
  8. By submitting this order you accept that Tenset will record the information you supply, and your current IP address, and any information supplied by payment processors in connection with payment(s) you make to Tenset (including but not limited to contact information such as your postal address), in order to (i) acknowledge and process your order, (ii) reply, and (iii) manage the contractual relationship that may result. This includes keeping a record of your purchase should you need to contact Tenset in future e.g. to retrieve lost product installation codes. The data will be stored and used by Tenset Technologies Ltd who is the data controller under UK law. You may request copies of your personal data Tenset holds on you at any time by contacting the customer service help desk, and we will correct any mistakes in that data if you notify us of such errors. You can ask to permanently delete the personal data we hold on you at any time though please understand this means we will not be able to provide you with any service that depends on it (such as resupply of lost installation codes) in future.   9. You consent to receive email from Tenset concerning important announcements about this product, such as changes in the location of downloads, or of any other issue we believe we need to draw your attention to. Tenset will send no more than 2 such emails per year. Any such emails will not contain product marketing information.
  10. Tenset will not send you marketing email unless you have consented to receive such email.
  11. Tenset will not disclose your email address to any third party unless required by law.
  12. Tenset does not trade with Russia or Belarus. If you are resident in either of those countries do not place an order on this site; any such order will be rejected.
  13. Tenset reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any purchase prior to delivery or issuance of software installation codes. In such circumstances a full refund will be made of the amount paid in the cancelled order and Tenset shall be under no obligation to disclose its reasons for cancellation.
